How long do I have to wait for my order to be completed?
With Invitations (excluding the birthday invitations, announcements, and save the dates) once your proof has been approved, it should take about 4-6 weeks for completion. With favors, once you place your order, you can expect it to take 4-6 weeks for completion. For Announcements, Birthday Invitations, and Save the Dates, once your proof is approved, it takes about 3-5 days for printing.
Can I order a sample of an invitation or favor before I make a selection?
Because most of our designs are custom-made, we may or may not have samples available. The best way to approach a design you may be interested in, is to e-mail us. If you're deciding on the custom process, you will have a chance to see the actual invitation and inserts before it goes into production. Because of this reason, we encourage everyone to try our custom design process. It really doesn't cost you anything because the initial fees are applied to your order. Favor samples vary. Can I meet with you to discuss a specific invitation or favor I had in mind?
Definitely, call or e-mail us to set up an appointment.
Do you require a deposit?
Before we can do any design work for you, a $25 Custom design fee is charged plus any materials that we need to purchase for you to see (ie. custom envelopments). This fee will be applied to your order. Once your proof is accepted, a 50% deposit is required to start production. The remainder will be due upon delivery. A 50% deposit is also due once you place an order for any favors. There is no custom fee for the Announcements and Birthday Invitations.
I like the design of an invitation but I'm interested in a different size. Can you change it?
Certain styles can be made into any size you want. Please contact us for more information.
Do you do invitations for other events?
Any of our invitations can be designed for other events. We can also create programs, place cards, etc. E-mail us for more information.
What kind of printing processes do you offer?
All of our Custom Invitation prices include standard (flat) printing. Thermography (raised printing) is available at an additional cost. You can fill out our Invitation price quote for more information. Make sure you put "thermography" or "raised printing" in the comments box so that we know you would like a quote with that type of printing. All of our birth announcements and birthday cards are printed professionally using a printing press with real ink, and our photos are real photos processed with chemicals (not inkjet or dye-sub)
I don't live in Hawaii. Can I still order from you?
Absolutely, just fill out the correct form and we will contact you through e-mail or phone. Because we custom make everything, we decided it was best not to set up a shopping cart on our website. We ship via the USPS Priority Mail. USPS Express mail is available for an additional price.
